We encourage our patients to choose the path that is right for them. The first step is to choose either a more traditional route versus a holistic or complementary method of health care delivery.

How can I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment and register for courses and classes by phone or in person using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express. When we schedule you, we reserve the time and space for you, making it unavailable to others.

Are there any requirements upon my arrival?

Yes. We do require you to come in about 20-30 minutes before your appointment so you can fill out the health history form and also to enjoy the atmosphere, relax and perhaps have a cup of tea.

Do you accept health insurance?

For Holistic Visits, insurance is not accepted.  However, our traditional services do accept health insurance.

What is the Cancellation policy for appointments, courses and classes?

If you cancel your appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the treatment(s) reserved under your credit card.  Credit card details are required to secure bookings. You must speak to a NIMA professional in order to cancel and you will receive a cancellation reference for your records. If you have questions about credit card charges related to a cancelled appointment please note that you must provide us with the cancellation reference.  If you cannot provide us with the cancellation reference your credit card will be subject to  the full charge of your appointment.  No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service(s) reserved under your credit card.

What is the product return/exchange policy?

Do you offer continuing education credits?
We have continuing education credits for various courses. Call for information.

Do you offer Practitioner Training Programs?

NIMA offers clinically based practitioner-training programs, which are central to its long-term mission. These programs introduce practitioners to new healing modalities and show how they can be integrated with their current therapeutic approaches to produce more powerful synergistic healing and transformation. Through clinical mentoring programs, healers also can put their learning into practice in a clinical setting and experienced practitioners can develop their teaching skills in a professional environment that exemplifies the best of integrative, transformational healing.
